Terms & Conditions for EarthCare Professional Virtual Training
These terms and conditions govern your enrollment in the EarthCare Professional Virtual Training offered by LadyBug EarthCare (KMH Design LLC doing business as LadyBug EarthCare). By checking the enrollment box and completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Enrollment and Payment
By enrolling in the EarthCare Professional Virtual Training (hereafter referred to as "the Training"), you agree to pay the full course fee at the time of registration or according to the payment plan selected. Your place in the Training is not secured until full payment is received or payment plan is established. Payment Plans: If you select a payment plan option, you are legally obligated to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to make scheduled payments constitutes breach of contract and KMH Design LLC reserves the right to pursue collection of the full amount owed.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. If you cancel your enrollment up to 7 days before the Training start date, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
b. Cancellations made within 7 days of the Training start date are not eligible for a refund, but you may transfer your enrollment to a future training date, subject to availability, minus the administrative fee.
c. KMH Design LLC reserves the right to cancel the Training due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Virtual Training Delivery and Technical Requirements
a. The Training will be delivered via live online sessions using Zoom or similar platform. Connection details will be provided prior to the first session.
b. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have reliable internet connection and appropriate technology to participate fully.
c. Sessions will be recorded for enrolled participants only. Recordings are for personal use and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
d. KMH Design LLC is not responsible for technical difficulties on the participant's end that may affect participation. Participants experiencing technical issues may access session recordings made available after each session.
Training Content and Materials
a. All training materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, session recordings, the EarthCare 101 Class, the EarthCare Code of Ethics, and the Land Walk Consultation Toolkit, are the intellectual property of KMH Design LLC and are for personal use only.
b. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing training materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
3-Month EarthCare Professional Collective Trial
a. Upon successful completion of the Training, you will be eligible to activate a complimentary 3-month trial membership in the EarthCare Professional Collective.
b. Activation of the Collective trial is optional and subject to separate Terms and Conditions that will govern membership benefits, responsibilities, lead generation policies, revenue sharing agreements, and collective participation requirements.
c. You must separately agree to the EarthCare Professional Collective Terms and Conditions before accessing any collective services or benefits.
Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout all virtual sessions. KMH Design LLC reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.
Liability Waiver
Participants acknowledge that they are participating in the Training voluntarily and at their own risk. KMH Design LLC is not liable for any technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or other circumstances beyond our control that may affect your participation.
Privacy Policy
KMH Design LLC will collect and use participant information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://www.ladybugearthcare.com/privacy-policy).
Recording and Privacy
Sessions will be recorded for educational purposes and made available to enrolled participants. By enrolling, you consent to being recorded during live sessions. If you prefer not to appear on camera or be recorded, you may participate with camera off and remain muted unless speaking.
Disclaimer
The Training provides educational content and does not guarantee any specific business outcomes. Participants are responsible for applying the knowledge gained in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
KMH Design LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled participants via email.
By enrolling in the EarthCare Professional Virtual Training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
